Flourishing Letters.
Our wayfinding system for The Ritz-Carlton draws inspiration from the elegance of handwritten letters of the past, which once bridged cultures across distances.
We envisioned the hotel’s walls as parchment; each sign represented a crafted stroke of metallic ink. We meticulously translated flourishing handwritten calligraphy into tangible objects—no longer merely writing but crafted forms that adorn and guide the way.
Each sign resonates with a gentle gesture, guiding guests through layers of heritage and refinement through every curve and character.
