Project Manager
You will be working in a ‘transdisciplinary’ design studio that add value to the built environment, working with multi-discipline designer ranging from interior design, signage & wayfinding, environmental graphic, installation and other fun stuff. You will be the centre of the project and responsible for smooth coordination between internal teams, clients and external consultants while delivering work that challenges and exceed client expectation.

You will be working in a ‘transdisciplinary’ design studio that add value to the built environment, working with multi-discipline designer ranging from interior design, signage & wayfinding, environmental graphic, installation and other fun stuff. You will be the centre of the project and responsible for smooth coordination between internal teams, clients and external consultants while delivering work that challenges and exceed client expectation.
Responsibilities
- To manage overall project process — including creating an efficient work plan, organising project timeline, efficiently utilising internal resources, developing project proposals, conducting smooth internal design review and work sign-off process.
- Work closely to coordinate with internal and external resources (designers, engineers, architects, fabricators, etc.)
- Be an active team player that helps to guide, challenge, encourage and facilitate the design team.
- Efficiently communicate project process with studio’s directors.
- Review construction documentation, shop drawings, and review mock-ups.
- Conduct site visits to review construction process, provide reports, coordinate for on-site solutions and check for contractor’s compliance.
- Contribute, or otherwise assist, as required.
- 2+ years of experience in managing projects for interior design, architecture or any design-related field. (Experience leading a design team is a plus)
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Self motivated and able to take responsibility.
- Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- A good eye for detail.
- Be passionate and always eager to learn more about production details and other related design disciplines.
- Have a good understanding of project process and construction documentation.
- Able to build good relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
- Comfortable travelling for site visits.
- A good communicator in English and Thai.
- Proficient in Keynote, AutoCAD, Google Sheets and Adobe Software (Rhinoceros 3d experience is a plus)
