Junior Experience Designer

Responsibilities
- Effectively research understand client/ business objectives and context, undertake discovery processes using data and analysis alongside our internal research team and client-side
- Advocate for the customer, understanding their need and desires - identify compelling insights to power experience strategies, new opportunities, and ideas
- Apply a human-centric design approach to tackle customer problems, then turn into design solutions in various forms
- Ensure to build brand promise or purpose by experience design
- BA with 0-2 years experience, who graduated, or have studied in following fields: architecture, UX/UI, design thinking
- An active team player who can handle criticism
- Excellent creative presentation skills
