The Anatomy of Theatrical Flavors.
Building on Fillets’ legacy as a true aficionado of taste, we devised the concept of “Theatrical Flavors” for their next evolution. This concept was inspired by the Fillets team's belief that “savor” isn’t reserved just for taste, but also sight, sound, scent, and touch. Thus, we take on the challenge of designing a dining experience that unfolds like a theatrical performance – dramatically flavored, creatively surprising, and holistically sensorial, from the opening act to the very last bite.
